Has your dog become addicted to watching re-runs of their favorite Animal Planet show while you are at work? Wouldn't it give you great piece of mind to have a reliable, exp'd dogwalker come and visit your pup to get rid of those afternoon blahs?
My name is Maria, and I have been running my dog walking service, http://www.tailsonthetown.net Tails on the Town since 1999. I am a true dog lover, with three rescued dogs of my own, and know the importance of caring for one's furry friend. All my client's pups receive the personal attention and extra care many bigger services cannot provide. You never have to worry about who is coming into your space or taking care of your pup!
Looking forward to hearing from you!!

I've lived in the neighborhood for 11 years and have been renting apartments in the area. Almost all my apartments are in pre-war buildings, and I try to work with some of the better managements companies and owners in the area.
Thanks, and hope it's not against policy to be blatantly commercial on the site....

I just moved to a second floor walk up, and cheap not aluminum bike is a pain to take up the stairs. I was wondering if I could rent a spot in a yard or a garage, someplace with easy access, so I wouldn't bother the owner.
I'm around Caton and Stratford Rd. Will add my e-mail to the comments.

This is probably the best Home for sale in Kensington today. The location is Perfect. Quite street, yet close to transport, 24 hour shopping. 10 minutes walk & you are sitting & watching by the lake in beautiful Prospect Park. This 4th floor corner home can be easily converted to a 2 bedroom, (I have done so in the past). There is lots of Pre-war detail, foyer, build in bookcase, Arches, Crown Molding ECT. Facing mostly South you will be flooded with sun. The kitchen & bathroom were updated.… The closets are deep & high. A huge bonus is that you get a free individual storage unit down stairs + 2 bike rack spaces free of charge. The building is a small well managed 48 unit, elevator building with laundry & a live in super. With an ownership of 80%, good finances, low maintenance, 509 for this unit. Pets are allowed.
