For rent: 2 bedroom apartment on first floor of a 4 family house. It is located on the Kensington/ Borough Park border, 2 blocks from the F train stop Ditmas Avenue. It is freshly painted and has an eat in kitchen. The apartment is ideal for a couple. No washer, no dogs and non smokers only, please.     There is a front porch, no barbecuing. The backyard is for owners only. But we share our crops (tomatoes, figs) with our tenants.
