We're looking for a part time nanny/sitter for our seven week old twin girls. Ideally, we'd like someone who can come in 15-20 hours a week, and is a Spanish speaker, though we are very flexible on both those counts. We'd be happy to share someone with another family looking for similar hours. I've seen lots of posts for full time nannies but not so many for part-time. I just moved to a second floor walk up, and cheap not aluminum bike is a pain to take up the stairs. I was wondering if I could rent a spot in a yard or a garage, someplace with easy access, so I wouldn't bother the owner.

Hello, I am a very quiet, responsible guy - living in Kensington for almost 5 years now. I'd like to find a secure, indoor parking space for my motorcycle. If you have a garage with just a few feet of space empty, about 1/4 the size of a car, you can make extra, tax free money! Wanted: temp home for piano

We are musicians who just moved here from Bushwick and have a piano that we can't bring into our apartment. It is a simple upright that is a well used but healthy piano. Before banishing it to storage we are brainstorming on how to keep it more active. Ideas include renting a basement/garage/studio space as kind of piano rehearsal place or perhaps doing an exchange where someone will put it in their home/venue etc... and can play it and we can maybe play it sometimes also.
