Wanted: Apartment in Windsor Terrace - May 1 Move In

My husband and I are looking for a large one bedroom or two bedroom apartment in Windsor Terrace (at least 800 square feet). We have two small daschunds (12 years old and 9 years old). We prefer an elevator building or first floor apartment since our dogs can not climb up stairs.
