Events: Fundraiser for Josh Skaller (D-NY)

Looking for something to do this Wednesday night, January 7th? Why not venture over to the home of one of our Kensington neighbors, Allison Make, who will be holding a house party and fundraiser for Josh Skaller, Democratic candidate for City Council (replacing Bill deBlasio). Perhaps you had a chance to meet Josh briefly at the Kensington Festivus party!

In addition to playing a key role organizing support for President-elect Obama in Brooklyn, Josh is a recent past President of Central Brooklyn Independent Democrats (CBID), one of the most admired political reform groups in the city. He also serves as a board member and field director of Democracy for New York City. Read more about his campaign here:

Because Josh wants to return government to its rightful owners, he has not taken ANY money from lobbyists, PACs, or big developers, which is why he needs our help! Every contribution, regardless of amount, will be most welcome.

Refreshments will be served!

For further information, and to RSVP, please contact Allison at
