Wanted: Artist Studio Space

Responsible, respectful neighborhood artist looking for a bigger, more amenable space than his home office to create. Unused garage space with hose or sink access would be ideal. Support the Arts and earn some Cash! I'm ready to negotiate!

    Hi, i am renting an Artist Studio Space available for rent April 1st.
    12 ft ceilings, freight elevator, slop-sink, hardware and art stores across the street.
    Rent is 350 and it includes electricity and heat, it is 200 square foot space within a gorgeous, large, subdivided newly renovated space. Two blocks from F train at Church Ave. Contact me at sweetkensingtonstudio@gmail.com
