Wanted: musician/composer seeking practice/workspace

Looking for a space to work and teach some lessons either in Windsor Terrace or Kensington. I play woodwinds and compose, so there won't be a huge amount of noise involved. If anybody has a basement space, guest house, or garage space they might be interested in renting out on a monthly basis please contact me. Thanks.
