Services: Rental Agent Needed

Is there a REPUTABLE Realty Agency for rentals for Kensington that someone
could recommend ?

Or is there a local in the neighborhood where residents place postings for available apartments ?

    I found my current apartment through Jasmina at Brooklyn Real (http://www.brooklyn-real.com/) by way of craigslist. She rocked. She was super nice, the apartment is great, and my landlord is awesome.

    Jasmina and Brooklyn Real sold my mother's coop in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn two years ago. She worked her assets off on this one. We are really pleased!!!! P.S. We were her first official sale on being a Real Estate agent. best, Arlene Calandria

    Jasmina is terrific! We found her a couple years ago the same way as Jeanne. She's super honest and a true advocate for her clients interests and needs.

    This is the honest-to-god truth: Jasmina was the only real estate agent I have ever met who I was...happy to give my money to. And that takes a lot coming from me, because generally speaking my default attitude is that real estate agents are like those guys who traded in credit default swaps and/or issued no income/no asset loans. But Jasmina convinced me that I just hadn't been introduced to the right kind of real estate agents in my 15 years of living in NYC. The cool ones who love their community.
